Mar 7th NRA Muzzleloading Rifle Course: This 10+-hour course is for anyone wanting to develop the basic knowledge, skills, & attitude essential to the safe & efficient use of a muzzleloading rifle. The course includes: History of Muzzleloading guns, principle parts of flintlock, percussion, and Inline rifles, safe handling rules for Muzzleloading, black power and approved substitutes, and proper safety procedures for loading and storing power. Students lean to shoot from benchrest, cross sticks, and offhand (standing) positions along with how to cleaning black power rifles. Students receive a copy of the NRA/NMLRA Muzzleloading handbook and a NRA Certificate upon Completion. Muzzleloading Rifles and other supplies are furnished for this course. Mar 21st NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting - Instructor Led Training: This 8-hour course is for beginners who have not determined the type of pistol they wish to purchase. The course covers safe handling, the parts and functions of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition types and uses, shooting fundamentals, care and maintenance, and shooting skills. Guns and ammunition are furnished for this course. Students receive a Basics of Pistol Shooting Handbook and an NRA Certificate upon Completion. Course Fee: $145.00 ($75.00 deposit) Start Time 8:30 am.

Mar 28th USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals Course: This 8-hour course is for anyone considering or currently carrying a firearm for self-defense and is designed for experienced shooters. The course addresses key concepts of conflict avoidance and situational awareness which are the foundation for developing your own personal protection plan. Training covers: self-defense firearms basics, defensive shooting fundamentals, the physiology of violent encounters, the legal aspects of using deadly force (including knowing what to do in the aftermath), holsters and other equipment, and shooting skills development. NAFT-LLC uses a combination of laser training devices in the classroom and live fire on the gun range to teach basic and advanced shooting skills. Students receive USCCA's Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals training manual (a $29.95 value). The range activities require an Everyday Carry (EDC) firearm, your EDC holster, and 200 rounds of ammunition for your firearm. You will also need hearing protection and eye protection as well as appropriate clothing to include a concealment garment (vest, shirt, or jacket). Almost all our range drills will begin with your firearm in a holstered and concealed position. Students must pass a written open book exam and demonstrate safe firearms handing to receive a USCCA course completion certificate. Course Fee: $185 ($75 deposit). Start Time 8:30 am.

Apr 4th NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course:  This 10-hour course includes both classroom and range time learning to shoot rifles. Students learn NRA's rules for safe gun handling; rifle parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest and free arm and arm rest standing positions; cleaning, and continued opportunities for skills development. Students receive a Basics of Rifle Shooting handbook and other information and a course completion certificate upon successful completion of the course material and student exam. Course Fee: $130.00 ($75.00 deposit) Start Time 8:30 am.

Apr 11th USCCA Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Level 1: This 6-hour course uses intuitive teaching methods designed to provide you with efficient training for the most probable types of self-defense situations. This blended learning curriculum and is made up of a DSF-L1 online eLearning module and a follow-on session of live fire exercises on the range. Please contact Rob Berry (rob@naft-llc.com) to reserve a space in the live-fire course. Please contact USCCA directly at 877-577-4800 to register for the e-Learning module and student packet ($30). Upon registration, the student will receive information on how to obtain access to the eLearning module and will be shipped the DSF-L1 book. The student must complete the eLearning (at their own pace) prior to the live fire course (NOTE: This is an advanced course and potential students should have a good understanding of the legal and moral implications of Concealed Carry). Course Cost: $150 ($70 deposit) Start Time 9:00 am.

Apr 18th NRA Basic Shotgun Shooting Course: This 10-hour course is a comprehensive introduction to shotguns and clay shooting sports for beginners. The course covers NRA's rules for safe gun handling; various shotgun models design, components, and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; and cleaning a shotgun and includes range time learning to shoot a shotgun at a moving clay target. NAFT will provide shotguns and shells for training or you are welcome to bring your own shotgun. Students will receive the NRA’s Basics of Shotgun Shooting Handbook and NRA Certificate upon Completion. Course Fee: $150.00 ($75.00 deposit) Start time 8:30 am.
